Device & Module Solutions Company(DMS) is one of Omron’s core businesses.

Since the founding of OMRON in 1933, the Electronic and Mechanical Components Company has contributed to the development of people's lives and society by providing products such as relays, switches, connectors, and sensors on a global basis, which are core components for connecting and disconnecting electricity, and by providing solutions.


In 2022, the Electronic and Mechanical Components Company rebranded as Device & Module Solutions Company (DMS). DMS focuses on four key business areas: DC (direct current) drive equipment, DC infrastructure equipment, high-frequency devices, and remote/VR devices.

DMS operates from six domestic and five overseas manufacturing facilities, with approximately 8,000 employees dedicated to crafting DMS products for our customers. Our Japanese manufacturing bases are responsible for producing top-quality products using advanced production systems and act as central hubs for overseeing international production. Our global production network ensures a swift response to customers' demands regarding quality, cost, and delivery (QCD).
